POSITION: Aerospace CNC Grinder - 2nd SHIFT (4 - 10hrs shifts, Mon. - Thurs.)

SCOPE OF POSITION: This position is responsible for:
- Must comply with all corporate policies, rules, and regulations.
- Setup and operate Aerospace CNC Grinding with emphasis on quality and safety
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned.
- Setup, dress, and operate Aerospace CNC Grinders
- Ensure daily operator preventative maintenance is completed
- Monitor progress of all assignments
- Coordinate the scheduling of production completion
- Train new employees
- Adhere to attendance standards of all employees
- Knowledgeable of Quality Policy
- Adhere to all corporate policies and comply with all plant/departmental safety rules
- Assigned other job-related duties, as needed
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 1-year experience grinding/machining preferred.
- Ability to give and take instructions
- Pleasant and professional attitude
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excessive standing
EDUCATION:
- High school
