Jim Butler Auto Group is looking for a driven, self-motivated, highly organized individual with great communication skills to join their BDC/Internet team. This position is incentive based. The BDC Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales leads, setting appointments, following up with prospects, and supporting the sales team in driving showroom traffic. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a customer-first mindset.
The BDC Agent must be able to work until 8 pm on some weeknights and be available to work on some Saturdays. Previous experience is highly preferred.
Job Duties and Qualifications:
· Generate Sales Appointments
· Respond to internet inquiries quickly and accurately
· Input all customer data into the CRM
· Be able to navigate the dealerships CRM system
· Perform any other job related duties as assigned
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Must be able to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls, internet leads, and follow up lists
· Ability to work as a team in a fast paced environment
· Strong organizational and time management skills
