At Lenzip, we manufacture the zippers and fastening solutions used in jackets, backpacks, luggage, workwear, outdoor equipment, and countless everyday products. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our growing team and help ensure customer orders are packed, processed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This position plays a key role in keeping production and customer deliveries moving smoothly. The shipping department is a small but fast-paced operation where organization, accuracy, and consistency matter every day.

What You’ll Do
- Pick, organize, and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment
- Repackage manufactured products into customer-ready shipments
- Consolidate shelf-picked inventory items with production orders for shipping
- Receive incoming shipments from vendors and verify counts, labels, and accuracy
- Unload trucks and shipping containers safely and efficiently
- Use manual and powered pallet jacks to move materials and shipments safely
- Build and prepare palletized freight shipments using shrink wrap and large shipping containers
- Accurately perform weigh counting and use shipping scales during order preparation
- Process shipments using UPS, FedEx, and freight carrier shipping platforms
- Complete shipping paperwork and coordinate documentation for Bill of Lading (BOL) preparation
- Maintain accurate inventory flow and organization within the shipping area
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while working efficiently in a consistently busy department
What We’re Looking For
- Previous shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
- Experience with UPS, FedEx, and truck freight shipping processes required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately pick and verify orders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds regularly
- Experience using manual and electric pallet jacks required
- Forklift certification or experience is helpful, but not required
- Strong organizational skills and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently while supporting a small team environment
