Job Description:
Direct and oversee projects within the Forensic Technology team, managing resources, assigning work, reviewing analyses, and ensuring high-quality delivery of forensic data analytics, statistical analysis, and data science services. Lead the design of analytical methodologies for complex client matters, including development of large-scale data models, financial models, predictive models, and management reporting solutions. Provide technical leadership on advanced statistical and machine-learning techniques and supervise the development of dashboards and other data visualizations. Coordinate project execution with internal teams and external clients to ensure analytical outputs and support investigative and business objectives. Establish project methodologies, allocate team resources, and provide strategic recommendations to clients. Domestic travel up to approx. 30% of time.
Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Statistics, Biostatistics, Data Science or related field and minimum 3 years [or bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent as stated above and 5 years] of consulting experience involving data analytics. Must have experience working with the following: querying and analyzing data using SQL, Python, R, Stata, and SAS; querying and analyzing data in cloud-based environments such as Snowflake; developing dashboards and performing data visualization using Tableau and Power BI; applying statistical modeling, predictive modeling, and machine-learning techniques; conducting financial, economic, and damage modeling; applying optimization and operations research techniques; performing statistical sampling, hypothesis testing, and gap analysis; developing ETL workflows or automated data pipelines using SQL or Python; and performing fraud detection, anomaly detection, and pattern-identification analytics.
