Pavone Group is a full-service marketing and advertising agency with offices in Atlanta, Philadelphia, New York and Harrisburg. We are looking for the Director of Media to help lead our media agency and be part of our fast growing group of agencies.

Responsibilities:
- Client Strategy and Growth: Manage and foster client business growth aligned with media strategies, collaborating closely with the Pavone Group leadership.
- Media Strategy Development: Lead and author client media strategies, encompassing comprehensive planning and execution.
- Agile Media Planning: Pivot strategies swiftly based on market shifts, emerging tech, or client requirements, ensuring agility in media planning and execution.
- Measurement and Brief Development: Create actionable measurement strategies and concise briefings, aligning with media strategy and client KPIs.
- Collaboration with Vertical Services: Work with diverse vertical services (Search, Social, Programmatic, Broadcast, etc.).
- Media Plan Creation, Presentation, and Oversight: Lead the creation, presentation, and execution oversight of media plans, ensuring accurate and insightful result reporting.
- Mastery of New Media Platforms: Showcase expertise in utilizing and understanding new media platforms, emerging channels, and industry trends to keep the agency at the forefront of innovation.
- Team Development: Develop proficient, client-facing teams, mentor and upskill agency staff.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 6-7 years in integrated media disciplines, prior experience at a Director level is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in advertising, marketing, business administration, or communications.
- Expertise in planning, buying, and reporting processes across major media platforms and media tactics.
- Proficiency in media systems, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and syndicated research applications (comScore, MRI, Kantar).
- Strong knowledge encompassing search, social, programmatic, broadcast media, ad tech, audience segmentation, tracking/tagging, and emerging media.
- Strong quantitative abilities, data analysis skills, and math proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Successful teamwork in handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated excellence in client service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
