- Clean and prepare guest rooms , including changing linens, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Perform general housekeeping tasks , such as vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning windows/mirrors.
- Stock and maintain housekeeping carts , ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
- Assist guests by responding to inquiries and fulfilling requests as needed.
- Report maintenance issues or missing items and turn in lost and found items promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and participate in deep cleaning programs as assigned.
