What You’ll Do:
- Meaningful Connection: Provide companionship and emotional support
- Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Assist with activities such as bathing, dressing, hygiene, and toileting, etc.
- Home Support: Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Health Oversight: Offer medication reminders and document daily care/observed changes to ensure resident safety.
- Transportation: Assist with errands and medical appointments
What We Look For in a Caregiver:
- Previous caregiving experience (preferred but not required)
- Ability to pass a background check and or meet FL state requirements for hiring
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance (preferred but not required)
- A true passion for helping others
- A commitment to excellence in care and customer service
- Openness to feedback and personal growth
