Hands-On Management Position!
Warehouse Manager full-time position open. Job duties include managing a small team of warehouse pickers, order picking, receiving and stocking product, cardboard baling, sorting, managing inventory and maintaining a clean working environment. Occasional route driving / merchandising may be required. Experience in a leadership role is required. Preferably in a management position.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
- 2 years in a leadership role
- 1 year of forklift experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced active environment
- Able to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to train, coach and develop associates
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Accuracy and a high attention to detail
- Ability to meet production standards
- Ability to work within set timeframes and fixed deadlines
- Consent to pre-employment drug screen and background investigation
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Valid Driver License
Physical requirements and work environment:
- Physical requirements: To stand for full shift; walk; squat; use hands to handle objects.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs+
