Job Summary
Customer focused retail associate responsible for assisting customers with vape devices, e-liquids, coils, and accessories. Provide product recommendations, explain proper usage and safety guidelines, process sales transactions, maintain inventory, restock merchandise, and ensure compliance with age-verification. Deliver friendly service while keeping the store clean, organized, and welcoming.

Responsibilities
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cashiering and cash handling transactions.
- Support inventory management through stocking, inventory counts, and organizing.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone or in person to answer questions about products or services.
- Explain product features, proper operation, maintenance, and safety guidelines.
- Verify customer age and identification in accordance with legal requirements.
- Process cash, credit card, and other sales transactions accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and store policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.

Work Schedule
- 36 Hours a week (4-day work week)
- We operate Monday-Saturday 10am-7pm, closed on Sunday
- SATURDAY IS REQUIRED

Pay: $15.00 per hour
