What you’ll be doing
Team management
- Oversee AUrate operations staff in day to day processes, ensuring customer promises are met
- Provide feedback monthly to AUrate operations team members, including list of improvements needed for them to grow and succeed
- Drive and oversee team alignment practices to ensure open communication among team members
- Manage Homebase account for operations team to ensure correct time tracking weekly
KPI tracking
- Take an active role in creating and withholding performance metrics for AUrate receiving and fulfillment teams
- Drive improvement plans to ensure operation’s standard to match growth and maturity level of AUrate as a whole
Fulfillment operations
- Whenever required, pick and pack customer orders according to company standards and brand guidelines
- Quality assess jewelry pieces prior to shipping to minimize error rate with a goal of 0%
- Utilize fulfillment software to complete and troubleshoot customer orders
Customer care
- Own operational and documentation aspects of CX processes related to fulfillment/ shipping questions, as well as the relevant macros and escalations
Who you are & what you’ve done
- Management experience: We need you to have 3+ years’ experience managing a team
- Warehouse experience: You have some experience in a fulfillment environment with knowledge of warehouse systems being a plus. Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and standing for extended periods of time is required.
- Highly organized: We need somebody that has a natural tendency to organize and keep track of what is going on. Somebody who is detailed oriented while always maintaining an overview of the big picture
- Strong communicator: We're looking for somebody who can communicate within the team and with other functions
- Lots of energy: This position will require a lot of energy and initiative to get things done and ensure continuous improvement
- Resilient: We need you to be able to deal with uncertainties and to handle emergencies with a cool head
- Proactive: We’re looking for somebody who is proactive and thinks about what is needed in advance. We will teach you everything that is needed but then you need to show ownership and run this
- Fluency in English: We need you to be fluent in English.
