What We’re Looking For:
A successful Goddard teacher should meet one of the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field with at least 30 credit hours in early childhood education or related fields, plus 1 year of experience with children.
- Associate’s degree in early childhood education or related fields with 2 years of experience with children.
- Associate’s degree in any field with at least 30 credit hours in early childhood education or related fields, plus 3 years of experience with children.
- High school diploma with relevant experience working with children.
Additionally, we require at least 2 years of experience working with this specific age group in a professional setting.
