Position Overview
Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to coordinate projects from our office. This position works closely with staff, homebuyers, and subcontractors to schedule project activities, maintain project documentation, and keep projects moving forward.
The ideal candidate is organized, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple active projects. This role is essential to creating a positive client experience by providing updates, answering questions, coordinating project activities, and helping customers stay informed and excited throughout their home building process.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus performance-based project completion incentives.
Client, Subcontractor & Team Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the construction process, building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Provide regular updates, answer questions, and ensure clients remain informed and engaged.
- Facilitate clear communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors regarding schedules, project requirements, and ongoing project status.
- Follow up on outstanding items to keep projects on track.
- Maintain professional communication via phone, email, and project management software.
- Resolve cient concerns promptly and contribute to an exceptional experience.
- Help ensure a seamless experience for clients by serving as a trusted resource and advocate throughout the building process.
Project Coordination
- Schedule subcontractors and coordinate project activities to maintain workflow and project momentum.
- Manage multiple active projects simultaneously from the office.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and updates within project management software.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and outstanding items.
- Coordinate with internal teams and trade partners to keep projects on schedule.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize delays and support successful project completion.
Required Qualifications
- In-office construction coordination experience is strongly preferred.
- Tech-savvy - proficient in spreadsheets with a proven ability to pick up new systems and software quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable working primarily by phone, email, and text.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and able to prioritize under shifting deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally to job sites (under 25% of the time).
- Able to work in person five days a week, Monday through Friday.
Pay: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
