Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Ensure that all kitchen areas are kept clean and organized throughout the shift.
- Support banquet and catering events by preparing food items as needed.
- Help manage inventory by keeping track of supplies and notifying management when stock is low.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Skills
- Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills.
