The ideal candidate is a highly experienced multi-unit restaurant operator who understands both restaurant operations and restaurant economics.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an operator first.
You understand that strong restaurant performance comes from the combination of people, systems, execution, and financial discipline.
You are comfortable spending significant time inside restaurants, observing operations, coaching managers, reviewing numbers, and solving problems.
