Job details:
We are seeking a Commercial Mixed Use Construction Owner’s Representative for a project in Forney. This position is responsible for managing project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk while coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience reading and interpreting plans and specifications.
- Knowledge of horizontal dirt and utility work.
- Experience with vertical construction, including retail, hotel, or similar structures.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Estimated Time Commitment:
The role is expected to require approximately 20–30 hours per week to start, with additional hours as needed.
Pay is depending on experience- $30-$40 an hour
