Paintavie® is growing, and we’re looking for someone detail-obsessed, tech-confident, and excited to grow with us. This is a remote, part-time role (5–10 hours/week to start, with room to grow).

What You’ll Do
- Set up new products in Shopify following our established, detailed process. Accuracy matters here, since it directly affects the entire customer experience.
- Manage day-to-day tasks in our project management system, keeping things organized and moving.
- Learn our systems and follow documented processes exactly, every time, not from memory.
- Update and refine our SOPs as processes change, sometimes working from a quick video walkthrough you’ll turn into clear written steps.
- Over time, take on more: content/video management support, social media workflow support, and ad hoc research projects as you build trust and familiarity with the role.

- Extreme attention to detail. This is the single most important trait for this role.
- Tech-savvy and confident with technology. We’ll fully train you on everything we use today, we just need you comfortable figuring things out when something new comes up.
- Comfortable writing and updating clear documentation as processes evolve.
- Organized, with a natural instinct for keeping things running smoothly.
- High ownership. You look for what needs doing, not just what’s been assigned.
- Trustworthy with confidential business information.
- Your own reliable computer and high-speed internet. This is an async-friendly remote role, but we need you to be reliably reachable and able to get your work done without connectivity hiccups.
Nice to Have
- Confident working across Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Gmail)
- Experience with a project management tool (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar)
- Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) for research
- Social media savvy
- E-commerce or product-based business experience
