What You’ll Do
- Coach and assist Girls Recreational Gymnastics classes
- Teach foundational skills on all events, bars, beam, floor, vault
- Create a fun, safe, structured environment
- Encourage confidence, teamwork, and persistence
- Build relationships with athletes and families
Who This Is For
- High school juniors/seniors (16+), college students, young adults
- Parents who have experience coaching ages 5-15
- Former gymnasts or athletes
- Individuals who love working with kids
Required Skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable, organized, and punctual
- Ability to lead groups of children
Preferred Experience
- Passion for working with young children ages 5-15
- Youth coaching experience (any sport/activity)
- Background in cheer, dance, or tumbling
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Optional: 2+ years gymnastics experience (athlete or coach)
- Bonus: has experience working with kids
Schedule
- Part-time: 6–20 hours/week
- Evenings, weekends
- Flexible scheduling around school and activities
