As the Associate - Real Estate Investments & AI Strategy, you will report into the Head of Investments and play a hybrid role supporting live deals while driving AI innovation across the platform.

Lead the adoption and integration of AI tools across the Investments function, establishing best practices for the firm

Identify high-impact use cases for AI in underwriting, asset management, and reporting workflows

Support the underwriting of new development and acquisition opportunities through financial modeling and analysis

Enhance existing Excel-based models and processes through automation and intelligent tooling

Partner with Investments, Development, and Asset Management teams to improve data-driven decision making

Assist in the preparation of investment memos, presentations, and materials for senior leadership and Investment Committee

Act as the internal subject matter expert on emerging AI capabilities, continuously evaluating new technologies and applications
