Job Overview
Yugo Moving and Storage is excited to hire two reliable, hardworking movers to join our team in the Washington, DC, area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in customer service, and works well as part of a team. Experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport furniture, boxes, and household goods.
- Wrap, protect, and handle items with care.
- Assemble and disassemble furniture when needed.
- Work with crew members to complete moves efficiently and safely.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team leads.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow company procedures and safety standards.
- Safely drive a truck for residential and commercial moves.
Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy items (at least 60 pounds) independently and repeatedly.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Good communication, customer service, presentation, and teamwork skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends.
- Must have a valid driver's license, that can pass a MVR review.
- Prior experience driving a 26' foot truck is preferred.
- Drug and background screening required.
- At least one year of prior moving experience is required.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
