Your Responsibilities
- Learn industrial math, print reading, and machining theory related to the department you are assigned
- Under the guidance of the Trainer or Team Leader, learn skills related to the department in which you are assigned
- Load raw material into the machine and unload finished product from the machine
- Perform basic deburring on product.
- Use/read Micrometers and Calipers
- Learn basics of safety, sawing, drilling, materials, turning, and speeds and feeds
- Learn safe operation of, receive practical experience on lathes and milling machines within the department you are assigned
- Follow sequence of operation on router
- Communicate with co-workers and team leaders to receive instructions and coordinate activities
Qualifications
- High school graduate/GED with previous manufacturing experience a plus but not required
- Must be dependable and flexible with a good attendance record
- Must be detailed oriented and have good work ethic
- Must stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to floor
- Exerts between 10 and 50 pounds on frequent basis
- Always adhere to Company safety policies
Compensation
- $19.00/hr
- 10% Pay increase when working on 2nd Shift
- This position will start through a Staffing Agency for the first 90 Days

Schedule – 2nd Shift - Approximately 40 hours per week, core hours 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday–Friday. Occasional Saturdays.
