InfanTREE USA Tree Service is seeking a motivated and proactive Lead Generator (Canvasser) to support our sales team by creating qualified opportunities in the field.
This is a high-energy, performance-driven role focused on generating conversations with homeowners, identifying potential tree service needs, and setting up estimates for our sales closers.
You are not closing the job — you are opening the door.
If you are confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face, this role offers strong earning potential and growth into a full sales position.
Key Responsibilities
- Canvas residential neighborhoods to identify potential tree service needs
- Engage homeowners in professional, confident conversations
- Introduce company services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, and storm preparation
- Identify visible hazards or maintenance opportunities
- Generate qualified leads for the Sales Estimator
- Coordinate directly with assigned Sales Closer
- Represent InfanTREE USA Tree Service professionally in the community
What We’re Looking For
- Door-to-door, canvassing, or home services experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable handling rejection and staying consistent
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather
Tree service knowledge is not required — we will train you on what to look for.
Compensation
- Commission-based pay (team split structure)
- Paid weekly based on completed and collected jobs
- High earning potential for consistent performers
