Perform routine building maintenance duties including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC maintenance
Complete maintenance reports and administrative documentation
Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repair calls
Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents and staff
Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
High school diploma or GED
Two or more years of maintenance experience preferred
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
