Auto Data Direct, Inc. (ADD), a division of Reynolds and Reynolds that provides fast, accurate, real-time access to motor vehicle records, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling the sales cycle from the initial call to closing the deal. You will work with both new and existing customers within Florida and 24 additional states within the dealer, financial, fleet management, legal, towing, and salvage industries. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships as well as resolving customer issues. You’ll be provided with leads from trade shows and will also be responsible for creating your own prospects to drive additional revenue. You will also have the opportunity to travel as needed for in-person client visits within the Florida territory as well as to tradeshows across the country.
Responsibilities:
- Product demonstrations
- Account sign-ups and account upselling opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers
- Cold Call Prospecting
- Account Training
- Other administrative and related functions as required
Compensation:
Your compensation will be a base pay of $45k. Total targeted income with commission for year one is expected to be $69k+.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Up to 10% travel as needed for local client visits and tradeshows across the country. Client visits can be 1-2 times per month within the Florida territory and are primarily day trips.
Training:
On the job training. Training takes one month and you are paired with a mentor.
Requirements:
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Skilled at building strong customer relationships
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Must have a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
