Job Summary
We are seeking aCommercial Plumber for a small assignment as a consultant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing services, including installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Perform remodeling tasks related to plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or areas for improvement.
- Utilize power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks, including pipe threading and welding as needed.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters and electricians, to complete projects efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding project status and recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar field service role.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings related to plumbing installations.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks.
- Familiarity with pipe threading techniques and welding practices is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
