Job Title: Roofing Laborer
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
We are looking to add a hardworking, dependable team member to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys physical work, staying active throughout the day, and working in a team environment.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in roofing, landscaping, construction labor, carpentry, siding, concrete work, or other physically demanding trades.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform interior production and construction-related work in a manufacturing environment
- Use hand tools and pneumatic tools including air nailers and hammers
- Measure, assemble, fasten, and complete projects according to specifications
- Work on your feet throughout the day with frequent movement and lifting
- Maintain quality standards and safe work practices
- Assist with general labor duties and support team production goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in roofing, landscaping, carpentry, siding, concrete, construction labor, or similar hands-on work preferred
- Comfortable using an air nailer and hand tools
- Ability to work in a physically active environment and handle repetitive movement
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable lifting, climbing, bending, and being active throughout the shift
- Construction or labor background is highly valued
