At Avrio Surfaces, we help create some of the Pacific Northwest's most beautiful homes. We're seeking an experienced Outside Sales to develop new relationships with builders, remodelers, designers, architects, and commercial contractors.
What You'll Do
- Develop existing B2B customers into long-term strategic accounts by earning repeat business, increasing project volume, and becoming their preferred surface fabrication partner.
- Develop new builder, remodeler, architect, designer, and contractor accounts.
- Generate business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and jobsite visits.
- Conduct presentations, consultations, and shop tours.
Compensation
- Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses: $75,000 - $150,000 OTE.
- Uncapped commission
- Quarterly performance bonuses

Qualifications
- 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience preferred.
- Construction, building materials, cabinetry, flooring, countertops, tile, or related experience preferred.
- Excellent relationship-building and closing skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter.
- Valid driver's license.
