Mountain Mike’s Pizza – Keller, TX
Mountain Mike’s Pizza is hiring an experienced team member who can work in multiple areas of the restaurant, including pizza making, food preparation, and front-of-house cashier duties.
This position requires previous restaurant or pizza experience. Applicants must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and helping wherever needed during the shift.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and stretch pizza dough
- Sauce, cheese, and top pizzas according to recipes
- Operate pizza ovens safely
- Prepare vegetables, meats, sauces, and other ingredients
- Maintain proper food rotation, labeling, and FIFO procedures
- Take customer orders in person and over the phone
- Operate the cash register and process payments accurately
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Keep the kitchen, prep area, lobby, and workstations clean
- Restock ingredients and supplies
- Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements
- Assist with opening and closing duties
Requirements
- Previous pizza-making experience is required
- Previous food preparation experience is required
- Cashier or front-of-house experience is preferred
- Ability to work quickly and accurately during busy periods
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Strong customer-service and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- Must obtain or already have a valid Texas Food Handler Certificate
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is preferred
Position Type
Part-time, with the possibility of additional hours based on performance and business needs.
Pay
Competitive hourly pay based on pizza-making and restaurant experience.
