We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Service Technician to join our team, dedicated to maintaining and repairing equipment and propane gas lines. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with a variety of task to fill, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Your technical expertise and proactive approach will contribute significantly to the efficiency and reliability of our clients’ operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on propane systems
- Troubleshoot complex issues using troubleshooting techniques.
- Perform equipment repairs involving gas leaks from lines under or on top of the ground and tank leaks. Some leaks could be inside.
- Utilize software to document work orders, maintenance activities, and equipment history.
- Operate field service vehicles to reach client sites promptly for on-site repairs and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose each issue and communicate with service department on issues found
- Assist in the installation of new equipment, including programming to some situations such as remotes to log sets
- Provide technical support for customer inquiries related to equipment operation and maintenance, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all maintenance activities.
- Must be ok with crawling under houses and in tight areas
- Strong analysis skills combined with excellent customer service orientation to deliver effective solutions in field service environments.
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
