Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive, stimulating environment and supporting the personal growth of the children. This role involves being prepared each day physically and emotionally with an organized manner working closely with children to enhance their experience through engaging lesson plans, effective classroom management, and individualized support.
Duties
- Develop and implement weekly lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages child participation and engagement.
- Monitor and assess the children's progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain discipline and promote a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and administration to address the child's needs and enhance educational outcomes.
- Provide tutoring or additional support for students requiring extra assistance in specific subjects or skills.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.
Qualifications
(1) Be 19 years old or older;
(2) Hold a high school diploma or a certificate of high school equivalence or have successfully completed courses for credit from an accredited college or university.
Excellent communications skills and dependability are a must.
