The Governors Club is a private members only fine dining club. We are committed to providing the highest level of service to every member and guest. The desired candidate for this position is experienced in fine dining food service, is able to follow specific instructions, take direction and work at a fast pace. The ideal candidate will understand and use safe food handling practices and will hold a current certification.
Must have the ability to prepare items required for assigned station and prepare dishes according to menu specifications.
Must have the ability to stand and walk about for long periods of time.
Must have the ability to move around kitchen equipment.
Must have the ability to work during high pressure periods.
