Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
- Assist with food preparation, serving, and bussing tables to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness by performing thorough cleaning duties in dining and kitchen areas
- Handle food safely and responsibly, adhering to proper food handling procedures
- Support catering events by setting up, serving, and clearing food stations
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong understanding of hospitality standards
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and maintaining hygiene in food-related settings
- Ability to efficiently bus tables and assist with serving duties during busy periods
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Familiarity with food handling regulations and safety protocols
- Experience working in hotels or the broader food industry is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks seamlessly in a fast-paced environment
