Seven Sons is looking to add a couple more experienced techs to our team. This is an on-call position, techs will be assigned a service truck to take home. You will work emergency roadside service calls, service customer fleets on site at their facilities, and may assist with in-shop workload at times as well.
Candidates will need to have experience in the following:
- Diagnostics and repair of air brake system components such as air lines, brake chambers, QR valves, air dryers, air compressors, discharge lines, etc.
- Diagnostics and repair of cooling systems - Radiators, coolant hoses, thermostats, water pumps, etc
- Diagnostics and repair of wheel ends - replacing wheel seals, hubs, bearings, brake shoes, s cams, etc.
- Diagnostics and repair of ABS systems
- Diagnostics and repair of A/C systems - A/C compressors, condensers, expansion valves, blower motors, etc.
- Candidates must have some level of experience with computer diagnostics, with software such as: Jpro, Diagnostic Link, Davie4, TechTool, Service Ranger, Allison, etc.
- Changing tires with bars
- Electrical diagnostics
- Diagnostics and repair of Aftertreatment systems
Starting pay is dependent on candidates experience. Candidates who have solid experience in all or most areas will be at the higher end of the pay scale. Candidates will be expected to have a good driving record and license will be submitted to insurance prior to a job offering.
Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour
