We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Lake Havasu, Arizona, working primarily with a pediatric population. Key Responsibilities

Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide skilled physical therapy services to children in a SNF setting

Track progress and modify treatment plans as needed

Accurately document treatments and outcomes

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to support optimal development and mobility
Qualifications

Active Arizona Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Pediatric experience required or strongly preferred

SNF experience a plus

Strong communication and documentation skills

Ability to start ASAP
