Care One seeks dedicated RNs for full-time positions in Jackson, MI
- Duane Waters Correctional Facility
- 6:00am - 6:30pm and 6:00pm - 6:30am
- Cooper Street Correctional Facility
- 4:00p-4:30a - 12 hour shifts & 1- 8 hour shift 8:00p-4:30a
- Parnall Correctional Facility
- 12:00pm - 10:30pm
- Rotating weekends and holidays
- Compensation - $64.00/hr.

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care services, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of incarcerated individuals.
- Develop personalized nursing care plans.
- Conduct health screenings and respond to emergency situations as needed.
- Collect and document in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) regarding health statuses.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, educating patients on their options.
- Offer health education on wellness and managing conditions.
- Responsibilities may vary by department.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Registered Nurse Qualifications:
- Licensed Registered Nurse in Michigan.
- Skilled in addressing diverse patient needs.
- Strong patient assessment, management, and documentation.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Adaptable to changing organizational needs.
- BLS/CPR certified.
