Personal Assistant / House Manager / Right-Hand Person Needed
I am looking for an experienced, highly capable Personal Assistant / House Manager to become my right-hand person and help manage my household, schedule, errands, business tasks, and day-to-day operations. I need someone who is extremely organized, proactive, efficient, trustworthy, and able to take initiative without being micromanaged.
This is for someone who can handle a lot, think ahead, solve problems, and keep things moving. I need a strong assistant who can help keep my home, life, and work organized and running smoothly.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing household operations and keeping everything organized
- Running errands, shopping, returns, pickups, deliveries, etc.
- Scheduling and managing appointments, calendar, reminders, and follow-ups
- Assisting with paperwork, filing, bills, forms, and general admin tasks
- Helping with emails, phone calls, online orders, and computer-related tasks
- Coordinating household vendors, repairs, service appointments, and projects
- Assisting with business-related tasks and helping me stay on top of work responsibilities
- Organizing home, office, supplies, and creating systems to keep things in order
- Anticipating needs, following through, and making sure tasks get completed properly
- Helping reduce overwhelm by taking ownership of tasks and keeping things on track
What I’m looking for:
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, House Manager, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Tech/computer savvy and comfortable handling online tasks
- Professional, discreet, trustworthy, dependable, and self-motivated
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-moving environment
- Reliable transportation
- Someone who is calm under pressure, resourceful, and knows how to get things done
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.76 - $26.21 per hour
Work Location: In person
