Full-time and Part-time positions available
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Bilingual (English/Spanish) Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing outpatient Internal Medicine private practice. Both experienced Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions in adult patients.
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and obtain detailed medical histories.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Perform office procedures within the scope of practice.
- Accurately document patient encounters in the electronic medical record (EMR) using eClinical Works
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) program.
- Current, unrestricted Texas Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Current DEA registration and Texas prescriptive authority (or eligible to obtain prior to employment).
- Current BLS certification.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with supervising physicians.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Urgent Care is preferred.
- New graduates are welcome to apply!
- Experience with eClinical works is preferred.
