At Lennox Guest Home located in the heart of Denver, we are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Director of Assisted Living Facility to lead and oversee all aspects of our senior care community. This pivotal role combines operational management, staff leadership, and resident-centered care to ensure a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for our residents. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in assisted living with a passion for enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with developmental disabilities. Duties
- Provide strategic leadership to ensure the smooth operation of the assisted living facility, including managing staff, budgets, and daily activities.
- Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
- Supervise and mentor caregiving teams and administrative personnel to promote high standards of resident care and staff development.
- Oversee medication administration processes to ensure safety and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, and community resources to support residents’ health and well-being.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing assisted living facilities and long-term care operations.
- Manage facility budgets effectively while ensuring quality service delivery; oversee financial planning including billing and resource allocation.
- Lead emergency response planning and ensure staff are trained in safety protocols.
- Promote an engaging environment through social activities and programs that enhance residents’ quality of life.
Skills
- Extensive experience in assisted living or nursing home management with a strong understanding of senior care practices.
- Proven supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong operational management skills including budgeting, financial acumen, and resource planning.
- Familiarity with home & community care services as well as group home environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with residents’ families, healthcare providers, staff members, and regulatory agencies.

Pay: $50,052.63 - $52,000.00 per year
