Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Jewelry Sales Associate located in Springdale, AR. In this role, you will assist customers with jewelry inquiries, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Your daily tasks include managing retail and social media sales processes, maintaining merchandise displays, and contributing to an exceptional customer experience. You will also help educate clients about our product offerings and assist with inventory management as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively assist and engage with customers.
- Experience in customer service, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Ability to prioritize and create outstanding customer experiences.
- Knowledge or experience in retail sales, particularly in fine jewelry, luxury jewelry, diamonds, luxury watches, or other high-end luxury goods, is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience working with luxury jewelry brands or high-end jewelry retailers is highly preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain organized displays.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory management tools is advantageous.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
What You'll Be Doing
- Hosting and assisting with social media live jewelry sales (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram).
- Performing LIVE sales tasks including showcasing jewelry, presenting promotions, interacting with viewers, answering questions, and creating an engaging shopping experience in real time.
- Engaging with online customers and building strong client relationships.
- Closing sales and offering financing options.
- Creating invoices, processing layaways, and maintaining accurate records.
- Managing product listings, updating inventory, and fulfilling customer orders through Shopify.
- Staying organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

- Is bilingual: must speak Spanish & English.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation.
- Has proven sales experience and a passion for client satisfaction.
- Can confidently present products and lead live demonstrations.
- Has experience in training and mentoring new team members.
- Understands sales techniques and strategies.
- Thrives in both team-based and independent work settings.
- Is highly motivated and target-driven.
- Brings excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Is available to work weekends.
- Sales management experience is a plus.
- Experience or familiarity with financing/payment systems like SNAP, ACIMA, Synchrony, and Progressive Leasing is preferred.
- Candidates with experience selling fine jewelry, luxury jewelry, diamonds, designer jewelry, luxury watches, or other high-end luxury products are strongly encouraged to apply.
