Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide dedicated support and assistance to elderly individuals. Duties
- Provide attentive care to elderly adults ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
- Assist with daily routines such as feeding, changing their depends, bathing, dressing, and light housekeeping.
- Support dementia care through engaging activities that promote memory.
- Follow mandated reporting laws by recognizing signs of abuse or neglect and reporting concerns appropriately
- Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to safe daily living experiences
- Collaborate with families and team members to develop individualized care plans tailored to each person's needs
Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, special needs and/or elderly individuals is highly preferred
- Prior caregiving experience including bathing, dressing, meal prep, laundry, light housekeeping, medication reminders.
- Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and First Aid is required; ongoing training encouraged
- Understanding of mandated reporting laws related to safety and welfare
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect positively with clients and families

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
