Dynasty Growth Group is hiring an AT&T Associate to join our growing team. As an AT&T Associate, you'll work in-person with residential customers, introducing them to AT&T products and services while building valuable communication, customer service, and sales skills.
As an AT&T Associate, you'll play an important role in helping customers find the right wireless and fiber solutions for their needs. You'll gain hands-on experience in consultative sales, customer engagement, and relationship building while working in a performance-driven environment with clear opportunities for career growth and leadership.
What You'll Do as an AT&T Associate:
- Meet in-person with residential customers to present AT&T products, wireless plans, fiber services, and promotions
- Learn customers' needs and recommend the best AT&T solutions through consultative sales conversations
- Assist with new customer enrollments, account setup, and service upgrades
- Deliver outstanding customer service while building long-term customer relationships
- Meet individual and team sales goals in a collaborative environment
- Participate in ongoing training focused on AT&T products, sales techniques, leadership, and professional development
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in-person with customers
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with an interest in sales
- Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
