We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping the store clean, organized, and well-stocked. We are a new concept with planned retail expansion and growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Accurately process customer purchases using the Toast point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Answer customer questions and provide excellent customer service.
- Restock grab-and-go merchandise, beverages, and retail displays throughout the shift.
- Assist with receiving and organizing inventory deliveries.
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked sales and dining areas.
- Help keep refrigerated displays and shelves attractive and organized.
- Perform light cleaning duties, including wiping counters, sweeping, taking out trash, and maintaining a clean front-of-house.
- Assist the kitchen team with stocking and other support tasks as needed.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
- Previous cashier, customer service, café, deli, sandwich shop, bakery, or retail experience preferred.
- Friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain one before starting).
- Availability for early morning shifts beginning at 5:00 AM.

Compensation & Benefits
- $19.00-22.00 per hour DOE
- Consistent early morning schedule
