Bar Keeper's Friend is hiring a National Accounts Manager with direct Home Depot experience to lead our DIY Channel and Hardware Retail business in Atlanta.
This role owns the Home Depot account, along with growth across DIY, Hardware Retail, and Consumer channels. You will lead category management, broker management, assortment strategy, merchandising, planograms, pricing strategy, promotional strategy, and POS analytics in a growing consumer packaged goods (CPG) company.

Direct experience managing the Home Depot account for a CPG company
Experience leading and managing a broker network with KPIs and retail execution
Experience owning category management (assortment, merchandising, planograms, pricing, and promotions)
Own the Home Depot relationship and lead DIY Channel and Hardware Retail strategy:
Drive distribution, assortment expansion, planograms, and in-store execution
Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP), line reviews, and retailer presentations
Manage and develop a broker network, ensuring execution and accountability
Own category management, pricing strategy, and promotional strategy
Execute merchandising programs (endcaps, displays, seasonal execution)
Analyze POS data, sales trends, and promotional ROI to drive growth
Partner with Supply Chain and Finance on forecasting and inventory planning
5+ years of experience in CPG sales, National Accounts, or Category Management
Strong experience with Home Depot, DIY Channel, or Hardware Retail (Home Depot, Lowe’s, Ace, etc.)
Experience in broker management and retail execution
Strong analytical skills (Excel, POS analytics, Nielsen or similar tools)
