Role: Project Manager – Digital Banking Implementation
Location: Waltham, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Duration: 6-12 Month Contract; possibility of extension/hired full-time
Must-Have Experience
- Banking industry experience required (mid-size/regional bank preferred)
- Experience leading Digital Online Banking implementations
- Q2 Banking implementation experience highly preferred
- Strong Business Readiness experience
- Ability to work across all business departments to prepare the organization for implementation
- Experience developing and implementing operational policies and processes
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Proven implementation project management experience
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of a digital online banking platform.
- Drive business readiness activities across the organization.
- Partner with business units to answer questions, address concerns, and ensure adoption.
- Develop implementation policies, procedures, and governance.
- Coordinate with business and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project plans, risks, issues, timelines, and executive communications.
- Ensure all departments are prepared for go-live and operational transition.

Pay: $85.00 - $90.00 per hour
