NOW HIRING –REPACKERS
EmpHire Staffing is currently hiring bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Product Assemblers / Repackers for a temp-to-perm opportunity with a growing produce company.
Pay Rate:
- $14/hr during training
- $15/hr after successful training completion
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Flexibility for overtime as needed
Job Duties Include:
- Cleaning, cutting, and repacking produce
- Using shears/tools to cut produce safely
- Assembling boxes
- Ensuring products are packaged correctly and meet weight requirements
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following production and safety guidelines
Work Environment:
- Cold environment / refrigerated production area
- Fast-paced production setting
Requirements:
✔ Must speak Spanish
✔ Ability to stand for long periods
✔ Ability to lift boxes as needed
✔ Comfortable using cutting tools/shears
✔ Team player with a strong work ethic
