Assistant Store Manager
Big Saving Appliance is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our growing team in Conyers, Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys retail management, sales, and leadership and is looking to build a long-term career with a growing company.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager and ownership team to oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, deliver outstanding customer service, and develop leadership skills for future advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the retail store.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Support and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales goals.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional showroom.
- Monitor inventory, merchandise displays, and product availability.
- Assist with employee scheduling, training, and performance coaching.
- Process sales transactions, financing applications, and customer orders accurately.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Help improve store profitability through effective sales and operational management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, sales, or management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer and point-of-sale system knowledge.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation
- $42,000–$78,000 per year
- Monthly base salary plus performance-based commission.
