Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, providing training to parents and staff, and collaborating with other members of the team. You will also have the opportunity to grow within the company by taking on additional responsibilities and leadership roles.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Conduct assessments
Provide training to parents and staff

Maintain records and documentation

Qualifications:
Master's degree in ABA or related field
BCBA certification
2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA
Strong understanding of ABA principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work flexible hours
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
