Beyond Beauté Wellness Spa | Clear Lake / Houston, TX
Lead the Front Desk. Elevate the Guest Experience. Grow With Us.
We’re looking for a Front Desk Lead who knows how to lead people—not just manage guest experiences.
This role is for someone who naturally steps into leadership, takes ownership, and understands that a strong team culture requires clear standards, consistent follow-through, and accountability. You’ll be responsible for leading the front desk team while ensuring our spa guests receive the level of service and professionalism they expect.
And we want someone who is obsessed with guest care. You notice the details. You anticipate what someone needs before they ask. You understand that a five-star experience isn't just about what happens during a service—it’s every interaction a guest has with our team.
We’re looking for someone who can be warm and supportive without being afraid to hold the line. You should be comfortable setting expectations, addressing issues directly, giving constructive feedback, and having the occasional difficult conversation when it’s necessary.
Most importantly, you model excellence. Your team should know what great looks like because they see it in you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop the front desk team through coaching, feedback, clear expectations, and consistent accountability.
- Manage front desk scheduling and coverage, ensuring the team is appropriately staffed and the day-to-day operation runs smoothly.
- Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), using data to identify trends, coach performance, and drive results.
- Set and uphold high standards for professionalism, communication, performance, and guest experience—and address issues directly when those standards aren’t met.
- Create an exceptional guest experience by delivering thoughtful, personalized care and ensuring the team does the same.
- Handle guest concerns with confidence, professionalism, and sound judgment, turning challenges into opportunities to build trust and loyalty.
- Maintain strong operational systems and processes, ensuring the front desk stays organized, efficient, and consistent.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and partner with management to implement solutions that improve both team performance and the guest experience.
- Build a positive, high-performing team culture where people feel supported, challenged, and accountable.
- Lead by example in your communication, reliability, professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Support the Spa Manager with administrative tasks, reporting, and other operational needs.
What We’re Looking For
The right person will have demonstrated leadership experience, a genuine passion for the spa and wellness industry, and a natural instinct for creating exceptional experiences—for both guests and team members.
You might be our person if:
- You’re probably the friend who plans the trip. You naturally take charge, think ahead, and make sure the details are handled.
- You notice everything. You pick up on the little things—from a guest who needs extra care to a team member who needs support or a process that could work better.
- You genuinely love taking care of people. Hospitality isn’t just a skill; it’s something you enjoy and take pride in.
- You genuinely bothered by missed opportunities to wow a guest. You’re constantly looking for those little moments where thoughtful, personalized service can turn a good experience into a great one.
- You have high standards—and uphold them. You’re willing to have the conversations others may avoid, while remaining kind, direct, and fair.
- You do what you say you’ll do. You follow through and expect the same from the people you lead.
- You’re a problem-solver. When something goes sideways, your instinct is, “Okay, how do we fix this?”
- You can lead peers without losing connection. You build genuine relationships while maintaining clear boundaries and authority.
- You’re coachable. You welcome feedback, own your mistakes, and believe great leaders never stop learning.
- You’re passionate about beauty, wellness, and hospitality. You care about helping people feel their best and are excited to build a career in an industry you believe in.
- You want to grow. You’re looking for an opportunity to develop as a leader, take on more responsibility, and help build something—not simply clock in and clock out.
