Pay: $80,000 - $85,000 / year
Job Functions:
- Promotes and fosters a safe and secure operating environment.
- Performs engineering support and liaison functions with equipment manufacturers.
- Assists in technical acceptance of aircraft being added to fleet.
- Performs technical liaison function in administration of aircraft maintenance programs.
- Prepares and controls Engineering Orders.
- Administers and controls all technical publications, including the publishing of all Maintenance Department manuals, documents and specifications.
- Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance to the maintenance team when assistance is required.
- Administers aircraft weight and balance control program.
- Prepares various monthly maintenance reports, charts, and graphs.
- Attendance is considered an essential responsibility.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures.
Required Competencies:
- Moderate level of judgment to ensure compliance with appropriate regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
Education & Experience:
Required:
- Associates degree in an Aviation Maintenance or Engineering discipline, or equivalent practical career experience
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant license
- 3-5 years aircraft maintenance or engineering experience in a union environment in FAR Part 121 Air Carrier operations

Work Environment, Physical Demands & Travel:
- Maintenance offices; may be eligible for hybrid work
- Hangars, ramps, aircraft
- May be called in on irregular operations (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Majority of time spent at low activity level, i.e., sitting
- Occasional standing, walking, movement required
- Occasional travel may be required
