Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment on the assembly line to produce high-quality products.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks and repairs as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Conduct regular inspections of products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Assist in the training of new employees on production processes and equipment usage.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred, particularly in a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with operating forklifts is a plus; certification may be required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and assembly line processes.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
