We are seeking an experienced Carpenter with a minimum of 5 years of residential construction, carpentry, or renovation experience to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- General carpentry, framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinets, and repairs
- Drywall, flooring, siding, and other residential renovation work
- Property maintenance and repair projects
- Troubleshooting and completing repairs independently
- Assisting other team members and trades with renovation projects as needed
- Maintaining a clean and professional work area, especially in occupied homes
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of carpentry, construction, or residential renovation experience
- Strong carpentry and general renovation skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be dependable and able to work independently
- Must be a team player and willing to assist with all aspects of renovation projects, not just carpentry
- Ability to travel between properties in our service area
Pay is $20–$30/hour depending on experience and demonstrated skill level.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is dependable, works well with others, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to help the team get projects completed.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
